Returns / Refunds

Wrong Items

If we have sent you the wrong game by mistake, you can return it to us stating clearly what the problem is and if you would like a replacement copy or a refund. Please mark the package "Orders Returns”. We will refund the cost of returning the game to us provided there was an error on our part.

Defective Items

All our pre owned games are fully tested before shipping. However in the very unlikely event that you receive a defective item either pre owned or new, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the defective title and we have confirmed that it is defective. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. In the case of damaged jewel cases which were shipped via courier we will immediately post out a replacement case free of charge. Claims for damages and defective items must be brought to our attention within 7 days.

Cooling Off Period

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. This right only applies to new and sealed games which are returned undamaged,unused and in saleable condition. Unsealed Pre Owned games are not covered by this cooling off period.

This does not effect your statutory rights under Irish law.
